Site Commands
Sites commands are global commands for a voice site, and if enabled, are recognized and a follow-up action is taken. Each site command is an input, either touch-tone or voice, that can be used by the caller at anytime during a call and instead of performing an action, the caller will be redirected to a specific voice page.

For example, a caller could press *11, 0, or *55 at any time to be routed to the greeting page, the operator, or voicemail respectively.
On this Site Commands screen, using the ASR Language drop-down list, you can set the ASR language. Depending on your account, more than one language may be available. Documentation:CXB:Library:ASRLang:draft
