Product Metrics Table

The PureEngage subscription product items below are counted either directly or indirectly by BDS. The counts are sent to Genesys invoicing to apply bursting rules and charges as appropriate.

Any product items not on the list below are not countable in this release, so will be charged at the commit rate only until counts are available in a future BDS release.
