This section documents features that are no longer supported in this software. This cumulative list is in release-number order with the most recently discontinued features at the top of the list. For more information on discontinued support for operating environments and databases, see "Discontinued Support" in the Genesys Supported Operating Environment Reference Guide.
iWD 8.0. does not support the ability to archive expired tasks to an XML file. Expired tasks may be deleted from the Interaction Server database, or may be moved to an "archive" instance of Interaction Server.
Discontinued As Of: 8.0.000.20 |
In iWD 8.0, the XML File Capture Adapter does not support the concept of a "task batch", as in iWD 7.6.1. In iWD 8.0, multiple tasks may still be captured from a single XML file, but they are not grouped together in any way for the purposes of processing or filtering through the Global Task List.
Discontinued As Of: 8.0.000.20 |
iWD 8.0 no longer includes the simulator distribution point and simulator distribution point assigner and completer services. Instead, an Interaction Server agent simulator is available as part of the eServices Support Tools package that can be requested from Genesys Customer Care.
Discontinued As Of: 8.0.000.20 |
